About the Research
Communication and Strengths at Work for Autistic Employees

Hi there,
Appreciate you learning a bit about this research.
Some of the most important people in my life have autism. I love them and appreciate the amazing people they are.
I think it's important for people with and without autism to better understand one another's experiences. My hope for this research is that it will lead to more understanding. More than anything, I want the research to elevate the voices of autistic employees.
I'll write about the results in articles and posts to places like LinkedIn. I'll also share it with anyone who is interested.
The goals of this research include the following:
- Understand comfort levels in various communication situations among autistic employees
- Learn about how autistic employees develop more confidence in communication situations at work
- Identify the strengths that employees feel they bring to work
I'm conducting interviews with autistic employees until the end of April 2022. After completing the research, I'll try to get some results ready by June or July 2022. Happy to share them with you if you are interested. :-)
So, if you are a person with autism, I'd appreciate you participating in an interview (by Zoom for about 45 minutes). Really interested in your experiences at work.
If you have some ideas for how to connect with autistic employees who might share their experiences, would also love to hear from you.
Thanks for any help you can provide in this research.
